What is the typical price range?
Single 50-minute massage: €70–95. Full-body luxury (90 min): €130–180. Spa day packages with sauna access: €150–220. La Rondula guests receive a 10% partner discount at Hotel Adler and Hotel Gardena.
Are couples treatments available?
Yes — most spas offer couples massage rooms. Popular options: synchronised Tyrolean massage (€160 for 50 min), couples hay bath + champagne (€220, 90 min), and twilight spa journeys (€280, 2 hours).
Are there same-day appointments?
Outside the peak weeks (24 Dec–6 Jan, 14–28 Feb, Easter, 1–20 Aug), same-day bookings are usually available between 10:00 and 16:00. Peak weeks need 4+ weeks notice.
Do I need to bring anything?
